GLP-1 medication tracker

FDA filed

CagriSema tracker

CagriSema, tracked privately: the weekly cagrilintide + semaglutide shot.

CagriSema is a once-weekly injectable that combines cagrilintide (an amylin analog) with semaglutide (a GLP-1) in a single pen, under FDA review for weight management. Whether you're in a trial or tracking it yourself, Lirea keeps a private, accurate record, kept on your phone, with no account.

One email on launch day, and nothing else. The app itself never asks for one.

What you'll track

Made for how you actually take CagriSema.

A once-weekly single-pen injection (cagrilintide + semaglutide).

One pen, tracked simply

CagriSema delivers two medications in one weekly shot. Lirea logs it as a single dose and reminds you before it's due.

Follow your dose as it steps up

Both components climb to their maintenance dose over time. Lirea shows which step and week you're on, with holds and step-backs.

Weight as the outcome that matters

Watch your weight as a trend across months, and how it moves as your dose climbs.

Side effects, in context

Log nausea or appetite changes against your dose timing so the pattern is visible, not guesswork.

Why Lirea

Your CagriSema data is nobody's business but yours.

No employer, insurer, or wellness platform ever sees what you log, and neither do we. It's stored and encrypted on your device, with no account and no server in the middle.

Your data is stored and encrypted on your phone.

  • No analytics SDKs

No Firebase, no trackers, no ad networks.

  • Check it yourself

Turn on airplane mode. Everything but the paywall still works, because there is nothing on the other end.

Questions

CagriSema, tracked privately

Is CagriSema approved?

Not yet. As of 2026 CagriSema is under FDA review (filed late 2025) and is not yet approved. Lirea tracks whatever your provider or trial has you on; it doesn't sell or supply any medication.

What's the difference between CagriSema and a regular GLP-1?

CagriSema pairs a GLP-1 (semaglutide) with an amylin analog (cagrilintide) for an added appetite mechanism, in one weekly pen. Lirea tracks it like any weekly shot.

Is my CagriSema data private?

Yes. Everything is stored and encrypted on your device, with no account and no server.
