How it works
Four screens, about ninety seconds, and no account.
Lirea is built for how you actually take your medication. No clutter, no account, no server on the other end.
Right now this probably lives in a Notes app, or a photo of the pharmacy label, or nowhere at all. That works fine until the week you genuinely cannot remember whether Sunday happened, or until someone asks which dose you were on in March and you find you have no idea.
01
No account, no setup wizard
Open it and pick what you’re on from the built-in library: Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, BPC-157, TB-500 and thirty-odd more. Lirea never asks who you are, because there’s nowhere for that to go.
02
Whatever cadence you’re actually on
A fixed day each week, a rolling interval, or a flexible weekly target with a minimum and a maximum. Add your titration steps and Lirea offers the next one on Today when it comes due: it asks, you confirm, and it never changes a dose on its own. The dose reminder never names your medication; it just says it’s time to log.
03
No more “did I or didn’t I?”
One tap from the Today agenda, the moment you take it. Forgot Sunday? Backfill it on the calendar. Took one off-schedule? Log that too. Edit or delete afterwards and your vial count settles correctly, which is the part most trackers get wrong.
04
Watch the line, not the number
Your weight as a trend with your dose days marked on it, so a bad morning reads as a bad morning. Body fat, lean mass, resting heart rate, HRV and sleep come in read-only from Apple Health or Health Connect; waist you enter yourself, and how you felt gets logged beside all of it.
And then
Then the part that takes no setup at all.
Once you’ve logged a few doses, Levels draws what’s still in you. It takes every dose you actually logged, plus the ones your plan projects forward, and runs them through a one-compartment model with first-order absorption and elimination. Solid through your history, dashed through what’s coming.

62% of your steady-state peak
Deliberately no value axis. This is model output from an approximate half-life, not a measurement.
And where the science isn’t there, neither is the curve. Every compound’s half-life is tagged with what it rests on: a human study is drawn plainly, animal data is drawn and captioned, and where nothing reliable has been published Lirea draws no curve at all, because there’s no curve to draw without inventing its shape.

No streaks. No gamification. No guilt.
Your medication isn’t a game to win. A missed dose is information, not a failure, and nothing in Lirea will score you on it. When the app does speak up it is about your own data: a reminder that a dose is due, or a card on Today when a titration step comes round or a backup has gone stale. Never about itself.
