Terms of Service
Effective June 29, 2026 · Last updated June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lirea mobile app and the lirea.health website (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Beck Labs, LLC (“Beck Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Lirea is not medical advice
This is the most important thing to understand. Lirea is a personal record-keeping and reference tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to start, stop, change, or dose any medication.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your medications, dosing, and health decisions. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw in Lirea.
- Any dosing figures, schedules, half-life calculations, or protocol information shown in the Service are general reference, not personalized medical guidance, and may be incomplete or inaccurate for your situation.
- Many peptides referenced in the Service are research compounds that are not approved by the FDA for the uses discussed, or for human use at all. We present information for reference; we do not endorse, encourage, or advise any particular use.
- The Service is not for medical emergencies. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number.
We don’t sell or supply any compound
Beck Labs neither sells, supplies, sources, prescribes, nor facilitates obtaining any medication, peptide, or other compound. Lirea is a tracking tool only. We are not a pharmacy, a telehealth provider, or a supplier, and we have no role in how you obtain anything you choose to track.
Who can use Lirea
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your data and your device
Lirea has no accounts and no server that stores your records — your data lives encrypted on your device. That means you are responsible for your device and your backups. If you lose your device, uninstall the app, or lose access to it, we cannot recover your data, because we never had a copy. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Free and paid plans
Lirea offers a free tier and an optional paid “Pro” tier, available as a recurring subscription (billed monthly or annually) or as a one-time “lifetime” purchase. Some Pro plans may include a free trial.
- Billing is handled by the app stores. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We do not process or receive your payment details.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage, cancel, or turn off renewal in your Apple or Google account settings — not through us.
- Refunds and trials are subject to the policies of the app store you purchased through. Because we don’t process payments, we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
- Prices may change. We’ll give reasonable notice of changes to subscription pricing; changes won’t affect a billing period already paid for.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial tracking. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
Intellectual property
The Service — including the Lirea name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by Beck Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you. The health records and notes you create are yours; they stay on your device, and we claim no ownership of them.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — the Apple App Store, Google Play, Apple Health, and Health Connect. Your use of those is governed by their terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information or calculation in it is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beck Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beck Labs from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the medical disclaimer, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that isn’t resolved informally. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues can be resolved quickly that way.
